Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Can native Wi-Fi supply all four functions, color Legal feeder capture, PIN release, 250 sheets and 19 Letter ppm?
Qualifies with compatible native Windows software and suitable media. Original wireless network scanning is explicit; Legal capture uses the simplex feeder while the glass stays Letter/A4.
Explore this need in the finder →Can the driver meet an automatic print-duplex requirement?
Fails: the exact two-sided output operation requires operator refeeding, not an automatic duplex unit.
Explore this need in the finder →Can a Legal original use both a required feeder and flatbed?
Fails: the feeder accepts Legal, but the separate glass is only 11.7 inches long. Both essential routes must fit the selected size.

The Brother MFC-9325CW is a discontinued color LED all-in-one with USB, Ethernet and ordinary Wi-Fi. It prints, copies, scans and faxes, with a thirty-five-page original feeder and a separate glass. Its useful role is compatible desktop color work and loose-document capture, rather than unattended two-sided packet production.
The surviving product page contains generic monochrome-scanner and sheet-fed-style cells. Its exact feature description and original guide positively establish color capture and a flatbed, so those precise sources take precedence. The wireless and front direct-print features also belong to this exact MFC-9325CW branch, rather than being assumed from every machine on the family cover.
Two-sided printing is an operator-assisted routine
The software guide explicitly describes manual print duplex. The machine prints even-numbered pages first, then the driver prompts the user to reinsert the sheets for the odd pages. Binding, sheet order and correct reloading remain part of the job. A duplex label in software is therefore not presented as an automatic paper-turning unit.
The included cassette holds up to 250 plain sheets on the stated 20 lb / 80 g/m² basis, accepting ordinary Letter, Legal and A4. A one-sheet manual path handles suitable envelopes and other listed stock. Special media uses its own settings and handling rather than borrowing the ordinary paper stack rating.
Legal capture uses the feeder
The ADF accepts suitable simplex originals up to fourteen inches long, with a thirty-five-page staggered loading declaration. The separate glass is up to 8.5 by 11.7 inches. It accommodates Letter/A4 and appropriate bound originals but not a complete Legal page. A Legal feeder does not satisfy a simultaneous requirement for a Legal flatbed.
No automatic duplex or single-pass original-capture route is established in the exact operations read. The TWAIN computer routine selects the local scanner or its LAN entry, then sets scan type, document size and other controls. The original separately confirms network scanning for both wired Ethernet and this exact wireless branch. Compatible drivers and network settings remain necessary.
Protected release and separate USB arrangements
Native protected print data waits for a four-digit panel password. The operator selects the user and job and releases it at the machine; secure data clears after printing or power-off. The driver notes restrictions on secure multiple-copy jobs. This is separate from MFC-9325CW's user-authentication feature, which restricts access rather than serving as the same held-document routine.
Hi-Speed USB, 10/100 Ethernet and 802.11b/g ordinary Wi-Fi are included. Front flash-drive printing/scanning and PictBridge camera printing provide other arrangements, distinct from desktop USB. Ad-hoc wireless is not relabeled Wi-Fi Direct, while AirPrint and Mopria remain unestablished. Check usable software for the actual computer; original Server printing lists do not establish scanner support.
Supplies and the real body axes
Output is rated up to nineteen one-sided Letter pages per minute in black and color, without a personal speed test or an invented recurring monthly recommendation. The original starter declaration is approximately 1,000 pages. TN-210 black replacement toner is approximately 2,200 pages and each color approximately 1,400 under ISO/IEC 19798. Drum, belt and waste-toner components are maintained separately under their stated conditions.
The original diagram confirms 16.9-inch width, 19.3-inch depth and 15.8-inch height. Its 44.3 lb declaration excludes the drum and toner, so it is not presented as loaded weight. Check width and height independently; a height-only clearance does not establish enough horizontal room for this cabinet and its access. The US original specifies 110–120 VAC, 50/60 Hz. Leave top-loading toner, feeder, glass-lid, manual-feed, rear-path, cable and service access beyond the closed body before depending on an actual earlier unit.

Paper, software and setup details
Print-rate conditions
Up to 19 one-sided Letter ppm in black and color. Source comparison claims and interpolated scan resolution are not personal performance tests or optical capture resolution. No numerical recurring monthly recommendation or maximum duty is established in read exact sources.
Paper handling
250-sheet cassette on stated 20 lb / 80 g/m² plain-paper basis plus one-sheet manual feed for suitable envelopes and listed stock. Ordinary Letter, Legal and A4 input. Actual software duplex routine prints even pages, then asks the operator to reinsert sheets before odd pages; automatic print duplex is not supplied.
Scanning arrangement
35-page staggered simplex ADF on stated 20 lb / 80 g/m² basis, with 5.8–8.5 in. width and 5.8–14 in. length. Separate glass maximum 8.5 × 11.7 in. supports Letter/A4, not Legal. Color computer capture is positively documented. No automatic duplex or single-pass original-capture route is established in the read exact operations.
Computer and mobile connections
Included Hi-Speed USB, 10/100 Ethernet and ordinary 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, with 64 MB memory. Actual TWAIN operation selects local or LAN scanner; User Guide separately confirms wired and wireless network scanning. Native four-digit held-document release is documented. Front flash-drive/PictBridge printing and flash scanning are distinct from computer USB. AirPrint, Mopria and Wi-Fi Direct remain unestablished; ad-hoc is not Direct.
Supplies and declared yields
Original starter toner declaration approximately 1,000 Letter pages. TN-210BK replacement approximately 2,200 and each TN-210 color approximately 1,400 under ISO/IEC 19798. Separate DR-210CL drum approximately 15,000 pages; BU-200CL belt and WT-200CL waste box approximately 50,000 under stated conditions. No current price or remaining-life claim is derived.
Electrical edition and setup
Personally viewed exact original diagram: 16.9 in. width, 19.3 in. depth and 15.8 in. height. The declared 44.3 lb is without drum/toner, so loaded numeric weight remains unknown. Original US 110–120 VAC, 50/60 Hz. Leave top-loading toner, ADF, glass-lid, manual-feed, rear, cassette, cable and service access; verify usable native software.
