The Brother MFC-L2750DW is a discontinued monochrome laser all-in-one with a fifty-page single-pass document feeder. It captures both faces of suitable loose originals without an operator turning every sheet, while producing black printed output. The useful fit is a compatible small office handling two-sided packets, ordinary fax work and native protected documents.
The ordinary model has 256 MB memory and a 2.7-inch color touchscreen. Its color scanner and display do not create color printing. The closely named MFC-L2730DW has a different feeder capability, while the XL package changes supplied toner. Keeping those distinctions separate is more useful than treating every machine on the shared operating-guide cover as the same configuration.
A feeder and a shorter flatbed have different jobs
The exact ADF document range extends to fourteen-inch length, supporting loose Letter, Legal and A4 originals. Its fifty-sheet declaration uses the stated 20 lb / 80 g/m² basis. The separate glass is up to 8.5 by 11.8 inches, suitable for Letter/A4 pages and appropriate bound originals but shorter than Legal. Requiring a Legal flatbed therefore fails even though the feeder can accept Legal.
The actual ControlCenter 4 automatic two-sided operation explicitly includes MFC-L2750DW and requires the feeder rather than the glass. It selects long- or short-edge binding and the relevant scan settings before starting. Compatible drivers and correct source selection remain part of computer capture; the single-pass hardware is not a promise that every phone application exposes every desktop control.
Native desktop connections and document release
Hi-Speed USB, 10/100 Ethernet and ordinary 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi support compatible native desktop printing and scanning. Original Server rows are network-print-only and do not supply scanner support. Telephone fax setup is separate from the computer interface, while selected cloud functions need their own internet connection and account.
The native driver offers protected printing for capable models, and the exact touchscreen table confirms four-digit stored-document release. That control is separate from NFC touch connection and general network security. AirPrint, Mopria and Wi-Fi Direct provide other documented printing arrangements, without borrowing native capture or protected release into every mobile-print plan.
Print duplex and output units
The supplied cassette holds up to 250 plain sheets with a one-sheet manual path for suitable envelopes and other listed stock. Ordinary Letter, Legal and A4 input is supported. In the US edition, automatic print duplex lists Letter, Legal, Folio, Mexico Legal and India Legal. A4 ordinary input and a generic duplex-speed heading do not broaden that regional output list.
Brother rates one-sided output up to 36 Letter or 34 A4 pages per minute. Automatic Letter print duplex is separately seventeen sides, or 8.5 sheets, per minute. These are manufacturer declarations rather than personal tests or document-scan rates. The recommended monthly maximum is 2,000 pages, distinct from the 15,000-page maximum duty figure.
Ordinary starter toner and installation
The ordinary carton includes approximately 700 starter pages. TN-730 replacement toner is approximately 1,200, TN-760 approximately 3,000 and the exact supported TN-770 approximately 4,500 under ISO/IEC 19752. The XL package's 7,500-page total and another variant's larger starter are not assigned here. The separate DR-730 drum has an approximately 12,000-page declaration at one page per job under its conditions; an optional subscription is not presented as compulsory.
The exact ordinary body measures 16.1 × 15.7 × 12.5 inches and weighs 26.5 lb with supplies. The US original specifies 110–120 VAC, 50/60 Hz. Leave feeder, glass-lid, manual-feed, rear-path, cassette, cable and service access beyond the closed dimensions, and verify usable software and the actual earlier unit's condition before depending on its documented single-pass capture.
