Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Can compatible wired Windows printing combine automatic Legal duplex with 100 included Legal sheets?
Yes. The exact operating table approves Legal for the included automatic duplex unit, and the included bypass provides its 100-sheet ordinary-paper source.
Explore this need in the finder →Does the C3300i provide the full 600 included sheets for Legal duplex?
No. Included tray 1 ends at 297 mm. Legal uses the 100-sheet bypass; a Legal-capable lower feeder is optional.
Explore this need in the finder →Does the shared family leaflet give C3300i the C3320i scanner?
No. The exact C3300i column is the printing-only member. The scanner and feeder specifications belong to the other multifunction models.

The Konica Minolta bizhub C3300i is a color printer, distinct from the C3320i and C3350i multifunction machines beside it in the original leaflet. The shared family presentation does not give the C3300i their document feeders, scanning, copying or fax functions.
That distinction is useful in a mixed office: this model can serve a compatible computer printing routine without pretending to replace a scanner-equipped MFP. Read the exact model column when evaluating a brochure that combines several nearly named machines.
Six hundred sheets does not mean six hundred Legal sheets
The actual operating specification includes a 500-sheet tray and a 100-sheet bypass. Its paper chapter accepts Letter and A4 in both, giving 600 ordinary sheets under the stated conditions. The included tray's length ends at 297 mm.
Legal instead uses the bypass, leaving 100 included sheets for that size. The optional PF-P21 feeder accepts Legal, while the PF-P20 has a shorter approved-size list. Neither option is counted as part of the included package.
Set both the driver and machine to the loaded size and paper type. Plain paper at the declared capacity is different from letterhead, coated material, labels or envelopes, each of which has its own quantity limits. The broad maximum stock weight is not a promise that every material fills the ordinary-paper tray to the same height.
Automatic duplex is an included desktop route
The actual Windows procedure selects two-sided output in the Layout tab and identifies it as the default. The operating paper table explicitly names Letter, Legal and A4 for the automatic duplex unit. This provides a firmer basis than treating a general two-sided headline as approval for every size.
A manually printed second-side material setting is a different operation. Match the intended routine, driver and paper conditions, and check the binding arrangement before producing a longer set. A supported duplex size also does not increase the included capacity of its source.
Wired desktop and native mobile printing are separate plans
The original guide provides computer USB and Gigabit Ethernet, with compatible Windows print languages and a Mac PPD route. Verify the software for the intended computer. The regional leaflet lists Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct as options, so included wireless is not assumed.
AirPrint and Mopria are named native services, but their exact paper, duplex and confidential-release combinations are not borrowed from the Windows instructions. Keep the printer's documented network connection and the mobile application's actual choices in view when planning that route.
Authentication does not automatically mean held-job release
The actual Windows authentication chapter describes supplying credentials so the machine permits a job to print. That controls who may use the printer. It does not, by itself, describe a document waiting until its owner enters a release password at the panel.
The leaflet also names Secure Print, but this assessment leaves an exact included password-release workflow unestablished rather than equating it with ordinary authentication. An administrator planning confidential output should verify the applicable driver and panel procedure.
Use operating space and regional figures carefully
The maker guide separately documents the 110–127 V version and gives a considerably larger occupation area with trays extended than the closed body footprint. Allow that working space, service access and ventilation before choosing furniture.
The leaflet's A4 rate and maximum monthly duty are separate from a US Letter simplex declaration or a recommended working interval. Its Hong Kong volume recommendation is not silently treated as a US package specification. Confirm the actual electrical label and installed options for the particular machine.

Paper, software and setup details
Print-rate conditions
The regional original maker leaflet declares 33 ppm A4 for C3300i; strict one-sided Letter fields remain unknown. Its 96000 maximum is distinct from its Hong Kong recommended 6500-page declaration, which is not silently assigned as a US recommended range.
Paper handling
Actual operating source table limits the included 500-sheet tray 1 to 297 mm maximum length; Letter/A4 also use included 100-sheet bypass, giving 600 sheets. Legal uses bypass only, giving 100 included sheets. Actual automatic duplex table positively names Letter, Legal and A4. Optional PF-P21 accepts Legal, while PF-P20 does not; options are not included.
Computer and mobile connections
Actual original guide specifies computer USB and Gigabit Ethernet. Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct are optional in the maker leaflet. AirPrint and Mopria are positively named native services, kept in a separate Ethernet mobile plan without unestablished exact-size, duplex or confidential-release claims.
Software and support
Actual Windows procedure selects 2-Sided in the Layout tab and says it is the default. Its user-authentication procedure sends credentials to permit printing; this is not itself held-job release. The leaflet names Secure Print, but an exact included password-release operating procedure has not been established here, so PIN remains unknown rather than false or guessed.
Electrical edition and setup
Actual maker operating specification explicitly lists AC 110–127 V 12 A 50/60 Hz separately from 220–240 V. US identity is independently documented by exact ENERGY STAR record 2344761 listing United States among markets. Closed body is 420 × 528 × 473 mm; the same original specifies 783 × 901 mm occupation with trays extended. Weight lacks a clear consumable basis and remains unknown.
