Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Can a verified direct USB Windows setup print Legal color documents with 200 suitable ordinary sheets loaded?
Yes. The exact guide supports Legal ordinary paper in the 200-sheet multipurpose source. The shorter thick-stock limit and exact driver requirements still apply.
Explore this need in the finder →Can its N-up or layout controls meet an automatic duplex requirement?
No. The exact driver chapter explicitly says double-sided printing is unavailable; C130n’s optional duplex hardware does not belong to C110.
Explore this need in the finder →Does the family brochure’s network discussion establish ordinary C110 Ethernet sharing?
No. Ethernet belongs to C130n, and the exact C110 operating requirements explicitly rule out use as a shared printer.
Explore this need in the finder →A laser engine with distinctly slower color output
The OKI C110 is an earlier color laser printer, rather than an LED model inferred from the brand's other machines. Its exact guide identifies dual laser diodes and a polygon-mirror system. The operating specification gives 19 pages per minute monochrome and 5 color on plain Letter or A4.
That difference matters when a mostly monochrome document occasionally becomes a color job. The maker brochure contains a larger mono headline, but the exact operating figure is retained here. There is no suggestion of independent performance testing.
Establish the direct Windows installation first
The ordinary C110 has USB and Enhanced Windows Printing, with fonts supplied by the host computer. The shared C110/C130n brochure assigns PCL, PostScript, Ethernet and its Mac/Linux support to C130n. Those are not C110 features.
The exact requirements also state that C110 cannot be used as a shared printer. A proposed workgroup installation should not be justified by a family-level networking paragraph. This assessment uses the documented direct USB route with the exact compatible Windows driver.
The original Windows versions are historic, so verify both driver output and the Remote Panel Utility on the intended computer. A cable connection alone does not establish the full settings and status workflow.
The ordinary tray supports Legal; thick stock has a shorter limit
The single multipurpose input holds up to 200 suitable ordinary sheets at the stated paper condition. Its ordinary size list includes Letter, Legal and A4. Load the stack face up, keep it below the marked limit and adjust the guides to the edges.
Special media have different capacities and limits. The guide shortens the maximum thick-stock length to 297mm, so the ordinary Legal listing does not establish support for thick Legal material. Labels, letterhead and postcards also have their own driver modes and handling advice.
The booklet's media lists do not establish an envelope workflow here. A broad custom-size range is not treated as approval for an unlisted material or construction.
Layout options do not add double-sided printing
The driver chapter explicitly says double-sided printing is unavailable. N-up, image rotation, overlays and watermarks are layout controls, not a second paper path. The optional duplex unit and extra cassette in the family brochure belong to C130n.
For a requirement that two sides emerge automatically, C110 does not meet it. The guide also excludes already printed paper among its unsuitable media, so an improvised second pass is not presented as a supported substitute.
The front controls manage toner rotation as well as status
The panel has readiness, attention and toner indicators, plus a Rotate Toner key. The operating mode changes according to how long that key is held, with separate cartridge-change, cleanup and all-toner-ejection modes. Follow the actual procedure instead of treating it as an ordinary print-start button.
Leave room to open the relevant covers and handle supplies. The compact body dimensions are not the full working clearance. The guide's space diagram separately allows operating and maintenance access.
Short jobs change the imaging-cartridge estimate
The included toner declaration is 500 pages per color, below the replacement declarations. Its stated coverage basis is separate from an ISO yield claim. The imaging cartridge also has very different continuous-printing and single-page-job estimates, especially for monochrome output.
Those estimates describe consumables, while maximum monthly duty is another ceiling. Neither establishes a recommended monthly workload or the remaining condition of a particular printer. Finally, color printing does not add a scanner, document glass, feeder, copier or fax to this print-only machine.

Paper, software and setup details
Print-rate conditions
The exact operating guide specifies 19 mono and 5 color pages/minute for plain A4/Letter. Double-sided printing is explicitly unavailable, so these are ordinary one-sided rates. The brochure advertises 20 mono but also shows19 in the C110 illustration; the exact operating19 is retained. The 35000 monthly duty ceiling is not a recommended interval.
Paper handling
The standard single multipurpose source holds 200 sheets of suitable80 gsm ordinary paper, supporting Letter, Legal and A4. Special materials have lower capacities, typically up to 50 under listed conditions. Thick-stock maximum length is 297 mm, so ordinary Legal support does not establish thick Legal support. No extra cassette or duplex accessory is assigned to C110; those brochure options belong to C130n. Envelope operation is unestablished.
Scanning arrangement
The exact guide identifies a desktop full-color laser beam printer using dual laser diodes and a polygon mirror. It is print-only without integrated document capture, copying, fax, glass or ADF. It is not assigned a digital LED engine by brand association.
Computer and mobile connections
The exact rear hardware and specification establish USB only. The operating system requirements explicitly state that this printer cannot be used as a shared printer. C130n Ethernet and shared-workgroup capabilities are not borrowed, and no native mobile route is established.
Supplies and declared yields
The exact guide declares 500-page included CMYK starters, replacement 1500 CMY or 2500 CMYK, using simplex A4/Letter at 5% coverage rather than an ISO yield claim. Imaging-cartridge life is 45000 mono/11250 color continuous, dropping to 10000 mono/7500 color at one page/job. The imaging cartridge includes the waste-toner function in the brochure. These are separate from monthly duty.
Software and support
The original C110 is Enhanced Windows Printing/GDI with host fonts and a 16 MB specification. The exact supported Windows versions are historic; verify the driver and Remote Panel Utility on the intended computer. PCL/PostScript, Mac and Linux support in the brochure belong to C130n. N-up, overlays, watermark and color/mono controls do not establish duplex or additional hardware.
Electrical edition and setup
The exact Americas brochure maps C11044173601 to 120 V, and the recovered guide separately lists 120 V and 220–240 V versions. Body dimensions are 396 × 380 × 275 mm; operating clearance includes access for paper, covers, toner rotation and service. Loaded mass is left unknown because the exact guide’s15 kg including supplies differs from the brochure’s14.4 kg with supplies.
