Prepare the computer destination before scanning a batch
The actual Scan to Shared Folder procedure sends files to a configured network folder. Create the share, register its destination profile and select that profile at the panel. The scan settings include duplex operation for suitable feeder originals.
Direct USB computer capture is separately documented through ActKey and TWAIN, with a real USB interface selection. Install the scanner software and configure the intended application or folder. A walk-up USB memory function is another destination and is insufficient evidence of computer scanning by itself.
