The OKI MC362w is a color LED multifunction printer with printing, copying, scanning and fax. The original Americas brochure pairs it with MC562w, but several adjacent features differ. MC362w has the lower engine rating, a 3,000-page recommended monthly maximum and no document-storage SD card.
The original part-order table also conflicts with the maker support page over two part numbers. This assessment retains the explicitly documented MC362w 120 V configuration without pretending the conflicting associations agree. Confirm the model and electrical label on an actual unit.
The feeder handles Legal originals and reverses them
The exact brochure identifies a 50-sheet reversing automatic document feeder and Letter-size glass. Legal originals therefore need the feeder. Automatic two-sided capture is supported, but it is not single-pass scanning.
The actual shared-folder procedure provides Legal scan sizes, long-edge or short-edge duplex selection and color output controls. It finishes with a choice of the Mono or Color start button. That is a documented network computer destination, rather than an assumption drawn from a USB memory feature.
Create the destination profile and permissions first. Profiles carry the filing protocol, directory and other settings. A shared office should also decide whether scanning can begin freely or must wait for a selected remote-scan mode.
Direct USB capture still needs scanner software
The guide positively documents USB computer scanning through ActKey and TWAIN. Install the scanner driver, configure its events where required, and select the USB interface rather than a network destination. A working print installation alone does not establish this capture path.

Allow operating clearance around the approximately 63 lb machine and verify the complete driver, scanner and destination setup before relying on this earlier configuration.
