The OKI MC363dn combines color LED printing, copying, scanning and fax. Automatic two-sided printing is explicitly listed among its included features, resolving an uncertainty left by shorter specification summaries. The actual paper chapter supports ordinary Letter, Legal and A4 duplex at 64–176 gsm.
The exact Americas brochure independently identifies part 62447601 as a 120 V MC363dn. Its 2019 workload recommendation is up to 5,000 pages per month, separate from the 45,000-page maximum duty. Those declarations do not describe a tested condition or remaining life of an earlier unit.
Color Legal capture needs the reversing feeder
The original Americas table identifies a 50-sheet reverse automatic document feeder. The actual shared-folder scan menu provides Letter, Legal and A4 sizes, long-edge or short-edge duplex selection and color output. This is a documented route for automatically capturing both sides of suitable Legal originals.
It is not single-pass capture. The printer's Single Pass Color description concerns the LED print engine, while the document feeder reverses originals. The flatbed also has its own shorter size limit: it supports Letter and A4 rather than complete Legal originals.
The computer folder and its permissions are part of setup
The configuration guide walks through creating a computer user, sharing a local folder and registering a machine profile with the target, user name and password. The operating guide then selects that profile at the panel and supplies the scan settings.
A visible printer on the network does not complete that capture workflow. Verify the actual share, credentials and permitted access before scanning a batch. Encrypted PDF output and the panel's user-authentication PIN are separate security functions; neither alone proves confidential held print-job release.
Direct USB computer capture is also positively documented through the installed scanner driver and ActKey. It should be configured and checked independently of printing, rather than inferred from the front USB memory port.
The exact Mac procedure has a narrower capture limit
The guide's panel-start Scan to Computer procedure limits its Mac route to fixed A4 glass capture and JPEG. That particular procedure is not presented as unrestricted Legal feeder capture. Use the documented network-folder arrangement when that is the intended combined workflow.

Three hundred fifty sheets is the included input
The ordinary cassette holds 250 sheets and the multipurpose source adds 100 at the stated 80 gsm condition. Both support Letter, Legal and A4. The optional 530-sheet cassette is excluded from the standard total.

The Americas brochure declares 1,000-page A4 starter toner, below its replacement quantities. The combined drum estimate assumes three pages per job. Engine headlines, scan throughput and supply declarations measure different things. Finally, allow room to open the feeder, trays and service covers beyond the stated body dimensions, and verify the exact software installation before relying on this earlier model.

The exact Americas brochure gives up to 31 monochrome/27 color ppm without an explicit strict Letter one-sided measurement basis. The regional 30/26 A4 figures and 30 ipm scan headline are separate. The 2019 Americas brochure independently recommends up to 5000 pages/month, with a separate 45000-page maximum duty.
Paper handling
The included cassette and multipurpose source hold 250 plus 100 ordinary sheets at 80 gsm. Both support Letter, Legal and A4. Automatic print duplex supports those ordinary sizes at 64–176 gsm; the rear face-up path cannot be used for duplex. The optional 530-sheet cassette is excluded. Suitable heavier one-sided stock uses the multipurpose/rear path; envelopes are one-sided, up to ten within a 10 mm stack.
