Its useful combination is straightforward: a standard cassette, automatic two-sided output and a wired network interface in a compact body. Those functions matter more to a small shared workspace than an impressive list of software names.

The DN suffix is important. The related SP 3300D provides USB printing, while the SP 3300DN adds standard Ethernet. Check the complete model name on an older offer rather than assuming that every machine in the family has the same connection hardware.

Distinguish bulk paper from the single-sheet bypass

The standard cassette holds 250 ordinary sheets. A single-sheet bypass handles individual media jobs, while an optional additional cassette expands the paper supply. The maximum figure describes added hardware rather than what a basic machine includes.

Think about the actual job mix before paying for that expansion. A document routine repeatedly switching between stocks may benefit from another cassette. Compare speed without mixing paper formats or job modes

The exact-model overview's monthly duty limit is also a maximum, rather than a recommended everyday volume or a measurement of a used unit's remaining life. The machine's actual condition, compatible supplies and support arrangement deserve separate attention.

Evaluate cartridges and installation together

The original starter and replacement cartridges have different declared yields. Treat those figures as results under their stated document conditions, not as guaranteed real-world page counts or a current cost-per-page calculation. Check suitable replacements before relying on an older offer's purchase price.
