Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Can the SP213Nw provide ordinary Wi-Fi monochrome Legal printing with 150 included ordinary sheets?
Yes. Included infrastructure wireless networking, the paper range and 150-sheet cassette support that setup with a compatible driver.
Explore this need in the finder →Does the SP213Nw automatically print both sides?
No. Its documented duplex routine is manual.
Explore this need in the finder →Does legacy Ad Hoc establish Wi-Fi Direct?
No. The exact specification names Ad Hoc and infrastructure modes, not confirmed Wi-Fi Direct.

The Ricoh SP 213Nw is an earlier monochrome laser printer with USB, Ethernet and ordinary wireless LAN included. It can fit a supported personal or small-office document routine that needs a choice of computer connections without adding scanning or fax hardware.
The exact US model is part 407587. Its PCL6 controller is a useful distinction from some smaller Ricoh host-based printers, but the complete driver and operating-system combination still needs checking. Included wireless hardware does not establish every mobile-printing protocol.
Ordinary Wi-Fi is different from legacy Ad Hoc
The brochure lists infrastructure wireless networking and a separate Ad Hoc mode. Infrastructure is the ordinary route through a configured wireless network. Ad Hoc is an older direct-computer arrangement; it should not be relabeled as Wi-Fi Direct for a user whose device specifically requires that protocol.
USB and wired Ethernet are also documented computer connections. Native AirPrint and Mopria are not established by the exact specification. Choose the actual supported network and driver rather than assuming that any wireless printer works through every phone or tablet's built-in print menu.
Count the ordinary cassette rather than the individual bypass
The cassette holds 150 sheets, with a separate single-sheet bypass. The brochure's 151-sheet total includes that hand-fed piece. The questionnaire uses 150 sheets for an included bulk-input requirement, because the bypass is not another stack of ordinary paper.
The tray and bypass ranges cover the supported Letter, Legal and A4 document routine under the specified paper conditions. Check the actual path and custom-size instructions when changing media. The ordinary paper-type list does not independently establish an envelope routine merely because a bypass slot is present.
Duplex printing is explicitly manual
The source lists manual duplex, so the operator must follow the supported reinsertion routine to print both sides. It does not qualify an essential automatic-duplex requirement. N-up layouts and scaling can change how information is arranged on a sheet, but they do not add an automatic paper-turning mechanism.
The manufacturer declares 23ppm Letter monochrome output. First-print and warm-up figures describe different conditions, and no complete manually handled duplex job time is established. Plan the routine around the actual document, computer and paper handling rather than applying the one-sided headline to every job.
Verify exact PCL software before choosing an older offer
The listed controller includes PCL6, 80 PCL fonts and 128MB of memory. That is different from the host-based DDST configuration in the SP 112. The historical Windows compatibility list is still a starting point for research, rather than a guarantee for every current computer.
Web Image Monitor and Smart Organizing Monitor provide management functions. Their presence does not establish native mobile printing, a document scanner or a private-PIN collection routine. If one of those is essential, require a documented exact arrangement rather than an optimistic family assumption.
Inspect physical access and the supplied cartridge
The body is declared at 15.8 × 14.2 × 6.5 inches and 15.8 pounds including the all-in-one cartridge. Allow additional paper-path, cable and front service access. Match the documented US 120V/60Hz electrical label rather than using the small enclosure as a reason to ignore installation conditions.
The original starter is declared at 700 pages, with listed 1,500-page SP 201LA and 2,600-page SP 201HA replacements. These yields do not establish remaining toner or current cost. The strongest fit is supported USB or network monochrome printing with a150-sheet ordinary stack, provided automatic duplex and native mobile protocols are not essential.

Paper, software and setup details
Print-rate conditions
Declared one-sided Letter output is 23 ppm. First-print and warm-up times are separate conditions; no recommended monthly range is established.
Paper handling
Included bulk input is 150 sheets plus an individual bypass, with Letter/Legal/A4 support. Duplex is manual; envelope permission is unestablished.
Scanning arrangement
Dedicated monochrome laser printer without scanner, original feeder, copying or fax hardware.
Computer and mobile connections
Computer USB, Ethernet and ordinary Wi-Fi are included. Legacy Ad Hoc is different from Wi-Fi Direct. Native AirPrint/Mopria are unestablished.
Supplies and declared yields
The original separates 700-page starter and SP201LA/SP201HA replacement yields under ISO 19752. No remaining-toner or current-cost claim is made.
Software and support
The PCL6 printer has 128 MB memory. Check current exact-model software; management utilities do not establish native mobile printing or private collection.
Electrical edition and setup
US SP213Nw 407587 uses 120 V, 60 Hz. Body: 15.8 × 14.2 × 6.5 inches, 15.8 lb including the cartridge. Allow paper, cable and front service access.
