The Ricoh Aficio SP 3510SF is an earlier monochrome laser multifunction model with a 50-sheet automatic reversing document feeder. It adds automatic printing duplex and automatic two-sided original handling to the workflow offered by the neighboring manual-duplex SP 3500SF.
The exact US model is part 406971. It includes printing, color scanning, copying and fax with standard USB and Ethernet. For a compatible office that receives supported two-sided loose documents, the reversing feeder is a more important distinction than the two models' similar appearance.
Legal originals can use the automatic reversing route
The source explicitly lists Letter, Legal and A4 originals through the ADF/ARDF and limits automatic duplex copying to the 3510SF. Its reversing mechanism supports automatic handling of both sides, but does not establish simultaneous single-pass capture.
The glass supports Letter and A4, rather than full Legal originals. Choose the feeder route for the longer sheet. Books, cards and suitable flat objects have a different handling routine from a supported loose stack; an ID-card layout does not change the feeder's mechanical design.
