Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Can ordinary Wi-Fi network printing use Mopria while supported color Legal feeder scans go to a configured computer FTP destination?
Yes, in that reviewed network arrangement. The required destination service is separate from the USB-only panel Scan to PC routine.
Explore this need in the finder →Does the USB computer plan itself provide required Mopria network printing?
No. Its documented network mobile protocols belong to the Ethernet/Wi-Fi plans, not the USB-only computer plan.
Explore this need in the finder →Does automatic print duplex establish single-pass original scanning?
No. A50-sheet ADF and automatic output duplex do not establish that acquisition mechanism.

The Pantum M7102DW combines monochrome printing, copying and color scanning with a standard 50-sheet feeder. Its exact DW configuration includes USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi, with Android NFC and direct wireless printing also described. For an office that cannot run a cable to the printer, that radio hardware is a real distinction from the M7102DN.
The rest of the job still matters. Wireless connectivity does not make the scanner larger, add telephone fax or establish an automatic two-sided feeder. Choose the DW because its actual connection arrangement fits, while comparing its paper and original handling separately.
Use the 35ppm Letter figure for the right comparison
The exact US specification declares 35 pages per minute on Letter and 33 on A4 for one-sided output. Automatic print duplex is supported for the original guide's documented plain-paper sizes, including Letter, Legal and A4 with the correct duplex-unit slide position.
That engine number is not a duplex-print rate. The scanner's separate 25ppm Letter or 24ppm A4 maximum describes acquiring originals. A buyer printing double-sided sets and scanning one-sided stacks should therefore compare two routines rather than expect one number to describe both.
The feeder accepts longer originals than the glass
The scanner combines a 216×297mm glass with a 216×356mm feeder route and documented color acquisition. Loose Legal originals can use the longer feeder path, while individual Letter/A4 originals can use the glass. A bound Legal original has a different constraint because it cannot simply borrow the feeder's dimensions.
The standard 50-sheet ADF reduces repeated page placement for the supported stack routine. Neither its generic automatic label nor automatic print duplex establishes a reversing or single-pass scanner. Our finder keeps automatic two-sided acquisition as a separate requirement, which this evidence does not confirm.
The destination determines the scanning setup
The original panel Scan to PC procedure explicitly uses USB. It separately describes network scan-to-FTP, requiring the computer/server service and destination details to be configured. Our normal Wi-Fi and Ethernet computer-scanning plans use that stated arrangement rather than borrowing the USB shortcut.
AirPrint and Mopria support apply to the compatible network-printing setup. NFC pairing, direct wireless printing and scan-to-USB-disk are different capabilities. A front socket accepting a removable drive is not evidence that every computer scan can travel through the same route, and peer printing is not automatically a peer-only computer-scanning promise.
Paper supply and monthly workload remain modest
The included paper arrangement is a 250-sheet cassette plus a one-sheet manual path. The total of 251 describes separate paths, not a larger cassette. Instructed envelopes and special media use the appropriate manual-feed settings; a supported manual medium is not automatically appropriate for ordinary automatic duplex.
The published recommended monthly range is 750–3,500 pages. That is the figure used for a sustained monthly requirement. The exact US body reference is 415×365×350mm, with 11.29kg excluding the cartridge. Leave extra original-loading, lid, paper, cable and service access.
Check language support and the actual starter package
The M7102DW lists PCL5e, PCL6, PS3 and PDF support. Check the compatible current driver and actual application rather than assuming every Pantum uses the same language. The US page separately declares 1,500-page starter toner and a 12,000-page starter drum, with replacement toner options under its stated ISO condition.
Those declarations do not reveal remaining supplies or current running cost in a specific offer. If Ethernet is available and a radio is unnecessary, compare the M7102DN without inventing a print-quality advantage between the suffixes. If telephone fax is essential, the M6800FDW adds that documented function with a different declared Letter rate.

Paper, software and setup details
Print-rate conditions
Declared one-sided35 ppm Letter/33 ppm A4. Scanner maximum 25 Letter/24 A4 pages per minute is a separate acquisition declaration; no duplex-print or duplex-scan rate is inferred.
Paper handling
Included 250-sheet ordinary-paper cassette plus 1-sheet manual feed at the documented stock condition: 251 total across different paths, not a 251-sheet cassette. Envelopes use the instructed single-sheet manual path.
Scanning arrangement
Exact50-sheet ADF supports 216 × 356 mm originals; glass216 × 297 mm. Color scanning is documented. Automatic duplex/single-pass feeder methods are not established from automatic print duplex or Manual Duplex Copy wording.
Computer and mobile connections
Exact DW includes USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi with documented same-network AirPrint/Mopria. Android NFC and direct wireless printing are distinct from network setup. Nopeer-only computer-scanning route is established.
Supplies and declared yields
Exact US page declares 1500-page starter toner and 12000-page starter drum, then TL-4101500/TL-410H3000/TL-410X6000 replacement toner and DL-41012000 under ISO 19752. Do not borrow another models1000/9000 starter package.
Software and support
Exact model lists PCL5e/PCL6/PS3/PDF. Check the driver and actual application requirements. USB panel Scan to PC and configured Ethernet computer FTP are different supported scan destinations; shared family fax instructions do not add fax.
Electrical edition and setup
Exact US body 415 × 365 × 350 mm and 11.29 kg excluding cartridge, converted arithmetically to inches/pounds. Allow original, lid, paper and service clearance. US 100–127 V, 50/60 Hz, 9 A edition is separate from 220–240 V. The exact recommended range is 750–3500; the duplicated maximum-duty row is not used to invent a ceiling.
